Here is my entry for the Kiesel Solo Contest 2019. You can win a Kiesel guitar if you reach the first two places. The contest is open worldwide, so good luck everybody!
For this entry, I tried something different harmonically speaking, by superimposing some fusion chords upon the backing track provided by the contest itself and, upon those, I build some intervallic lines by combining diminished and modal scales. Guitar is tuned EADGCFAD, so one step below the standard 8 string tuning.
Whatever my rank will be, if you take a minute to listen to this solo it’s already a victory for me.
